1. The purchase of a rebuilt part implies the return of the used item of the same type, which must be, except different agreement, without any breakages and/or damages and able to be rebuilt again within the tolerances admitted by the manufacturer. Old items returned without the above given features will be separately debited.

2. Values of the items to be returned and of the packaging are written and debited on invoices; these values, when the old item and the packaging are returned to S.O.R.A., will be invoiced to S.O.R.A. by the purchaser and will be paid by S.O.R.A. if corresponding to the sale conditions.

3. Returned engines and gears must be: complete of all those parts corresponding to the reconditioned engine, assembled, externally washed and without oil.

4. The prices of the engines sent for manufacture can undergo to changes as regards to the prices printed on the price list.

5. Coupon is always to customers charge.

6. Eventual delays in deliveries (as to the fixed date), caused by unexpected events or by force majeure causes, will not be a reason for the customer for a request of damages compensation.

7. Prices printed in the section Price List can be changed without any notice and are Vat excluded.

8. Transport is always meant ex works Faenza.

9. Payment is always cash on delivery

10. Supply is intended with reserve of property.
