1. S.O.R.A. guarantees the parts recondtioned in its workshop for 12 months from delivery. 2. The warranty is limited to the reconditioned part exclusively for the components for which it is sold; each other complete or part eventually fitted with it (which is not part of the sale) is excluded from the warranty. Eventual damages caused by the use or not use of the reconditioned part will never be subject of refund. 3. The warranty consists exclusively in the restore of the defectiveness found in the reconditioned part and does not include: -tow expenses. -eventual disassembling and assembling of the reconditioned part from the vehicle. -consumption material (filters, lubricating oil, antifreeze, etc.). -every expense not included in the warranty. 4. Warranty will immediately have no value if: -the reconditioned parts are tampered, disassembled or modified without preventive authorization. -the invoice is unpaid at the agreed maturity. 5. Unconvenients due to carelessness, unobservance of the coupons provided by the manufacturer, bad or inadequate use of the reconditioned part, or fortuitous accidents and anyhow not caused by defects in working or by defective materials do not fall within the warranty. 6. Eventual refunds within the warranty, made in external workshops, will be refunded only if made within the time and motion manual of the manufacturer. 7. The warranty certificare issued with reconditioned part cancels each other oral or written warranty condition.
